LDL is considered to be bad cholestoral it that it is metabolized and turned into fat and stored in the Body. HDL is considered to be good cholestoral which is metabolized (used up) to maintain a normal hormonal balance.
Lecithin is a natural substance which decreases LDL and increases HDL levels by making fat water soluble. Therefor You could even loose weight because instead of the fat being stored the fat is wasted when to go to the washroom.
