Missy: I am touched by the concern you show about your grandma. Generally 140/80 is considered normal blood pressure. Most people's blood pressure rises moderately with age. At 52 your grandma is rather young and 100/70 would be considered on the low side. It is recommended that every person over 50 gets regular checkups and if your grandma hasn't had one in the last 5 years she should do so promptly including her blood pressure.
Keep watching over your grandma - they are precious and come only ones in a lifetime for a limited period of our lives.
